1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Celebrities Access Network (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Services
Celebrities Access Network provides a platform for purchasing event tickets, official merchandise, submitting celebrity appearance booking requests, and applying for Inner Circle membership. All listings, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed through the Platform and paid manually via cryptocurrency, PayPal or gift card. Every order remains Pending Verification until our team confirms the payment. An order is only binding once payment has been verified and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where payment cannot be verified.
4. Tickets & Events
Tickets are subject to availability and are valid only for the event, date and ticket type stated. Event details may change; cancelled or rescheduled events are handled according to the process announced at the time. Tickets may not be resold commercially without written permission.
5. Bookings
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirmation. Booking terms, fees and schedules are agreed individually between the requester and our team.
6. Inner Circle Membership
Inner Circle applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of management. Membership is governed by the digital contract agreement presented during the application process. Membership fees are non-refundable once an application is approved.
7. Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a payment is verified but an order cannot be fulfilled, we will process a refund according to the original payment method where possible. Gift card payments may be refunded in an alternative form.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false payment proofs, impersonate any person, interfere with the operation of the Platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celebrities Access Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
